WorldatWork Releases 34th Annual Salary Budget Survey

2008 salary increase budgets are expected to average 3.9% in 2008 according to  WorldatWork's just released 34th Annual Salary Budget Survey.  Salary increases have risen one-tenth of a percent each year since 2004 to arrive at this level, according to the survey.

The survey also notes the continued upward trend in the percentage of organizations using variable pay (pay that is contingent on performance results or achievements) - from 79% in 2006 to 80% in 2007.

The complete 2007-08 WorldatWork Salary Budget Survey is available for purchase in the WorldatWork bookstore.
