Terri Albee is a Compensation Cafe contributor and an independent Human Resources consultant with more than 25 years of experience. Her consulting practice focuses mainly on total compensation and human resources operations.
Terri has worked in a variety of industry verticals from start-up/entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500s with both domestic and global responsibility. Her experience encompasses auditing, designing, implementing, communicating and managing total compensation plans for all levels including BOD, executive and sales compensation programs, competitive analyses, job evaluation and survey design, base salary structures, variable and incentive plans, equity compensation programs, benefits and perquisites. Terri also has considerable experience in managing all HR activities related to mergers and acquisitions, HRIS/HRMS, immigration, equity administration, and all HR regulatory compliance.
