In addition to serving as a Compensation Cafe contributor, Darcy Dees works as the Compensation Manager for Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. headquartered in Louisville, CO.
Darcy has been working in the Compensation field since 2003, although she has been employed at Rock Bottom since 2000. Her duties there include the development of and training for compensation programs, performance management, and HR technology systems.
Darcy has a B.A. in Psychology from Metropolitan State University in Denver, CO
